Victoria, a distinguished alumna of St. John Fisher University, holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Nursing. She is a board- certified member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. As the Clinical Director and lead injector at EvenFlow Aesthetics, Victoria brings a deeply personal passion to the field of aesthetic medicine. Her expertise in this field is marked by extensive experience and training alongside top-tier plastic surgeons and internationally recognized aesthetic providers. This rich and diverse background, coupled with her relentless pursuit of professional growth, has furnished her with an unparalleled skill set in advanced cosmetic procedures.

At the heart of Victoria’s practice is her compassionate approach, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to her clients. She is a firm believer in the transformative impact of aesthetic treatments and is devoted to enhancing each client’s natural beauty using the latest techniques and premium products. Beyond her professional pursuits, Victoria is a devoted wife and mother to her miraculous son, two wonderful stepdaughters, and her cherished furry companions. Residing in Pittsford, she enjoys family time, indulging in music, sports, and traveling.

Elle Cummings, RN

Certified Nurse Injector

Elle, a proud alumnus of St. John Fisher University, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017. Her career commenced at the Golisano Children’s Hospital where she has served as a dedicated Level III nurse in a high-risk high-acuity pediatric unit. While pediatrics remains a passion of hers, Elle is excited by the ability to empower and promote well-being in her clients through aesthetic medicine.
Elle has a long-held interest in health, beauty and skin care. With her attention to detail and caring disposition, Elle delivers individualized treatment plans by highlighting her client’s natural beauty.
While still a full time Level 3 RN in pediatrics, Elle devoted her spare time identifying mentors in the aesthetic medicine field and actively sought out opportunities to sharpen her aesthetic skills. Elle obtained her credentials and certifications as a Nurse Injector through Empire Medical Training in Boston, MA under the guidance of nationally recognized providers. In her time as a Certified Nurse Injector, Elle has built a following of loyal clientele highlighting not just her technical mastery but her passion and commitment to bringing out the very best in everyone she treats.
Elle is dedicated to making her clients feel comfortable, knowledgeable and confident in her care. Inspired by the same core values and mission at EvenFlow, Elle joined our team in 2024. Her contributions have been pivotal in advancing our commitment to provide the most innovative and cutting-edge treatments to our clients. Elle is a Rochester, NY native. Outside of work she enjoys hiking with her loveable golden retriever and spending quality time with her friends and family. She looks forward to helping you gain confidence and feel like your best self.
