Where Our Patients Come From

We are on State Street in Pittsford Village, which puts most of Monroe County within twenty minutes and a good part of Ontario County not much further.

 

Patients travel to us from across the region, and the free village parking is usually the first thing they mention. Find your area below to see what we offer and how long the drive takes.

Pittsford and the Villages

  • Pittsford: Our home. We are on State Street in the village, a short walk from Schoen Place and the canal path. Free parking outside.
  • Pittsford Sutherland: Northern Pittsford around the Sutherland school district. Five minutes from the office, and a good number of our regular injectable patients live here.
  • Pittsford Mendon: Southern Pittsford toward Mendon Ponds. More rural, slightly further out, and about ten minutes up Clover Street.
  • Fairport: The other canal village, fifteen minutes east through Perinton. If you like Pittsford village, you already know why patients from Fairport feel at home here.

Rochester and the City Neighborhoods

  • Rochester: About fifteen minutes from downtown via 490 East. Plenty of our patients come out from the city, often on a lunch break.
  • Brighton: Ten minutes or less, straight down Monroe Avenue. Twelve Corners to our door is one of the shortest drives on this list.
  • Cobbs Hill: The neighborhood around the reservoir and park, roughly twelve minutes out along Monroe Avenue.

East and South

  • Victor: Twenty minutes southeast into Ontario County. If you are near Eastview, we are a straightforward run up 96 and 490.
  • Penfield: Northeast of us, around twenty minutes via 250. We see Penfield patients regularly.
  • Webster: A little further northeast, roughly twenty-five minutes depending on the bridge.
  • Henrietta: Fifteen minutes southwest, an easy run across 390 and 590.
  • Perinton: Between us and Fairport, ten to fifteen minutes east.
  • Honeoye Falls: South through Mendon, about twenty minutes on a nice drive.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do You Have More Than One Location?

No, one office at 19 State Street in Pittsford village. The area pages exist so patients in each community can see how far the drive is and what we offer, not because we have multiple sites.

How Far Are You From Rochester?

About fifteen minutes from downtown via 490 East, and closer to ten from Brighton. The free village parking is usually what patients from the city mention, since it is a genuine change from a downtown garage.

Do You See Patients From Outside Monroe County?

Regularly. Victor and Ontario County are twenty minutes out, and we see patients from Honeoye Falls, Canandaigua and further afield. If the treatment is worth the drive to you, we are glad to see you.

Is There Parking?

Yes, free village parking on State Street. No garage and no meter, which is one of the more common reasons patients say they prefer coming here over somewhere in the city.

Do I Need to Book a Consultation First?

For most treatments, yes. It establishes what is actually bothering you and whether the treatment you have in mind will address it. There is no obligation to book anything on the day.
