Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. In the event of a no-show, a $50 no-show fee will also be charged. This policy allows us to respect and protect the time of our providers while remaining fair to all patients who are waiting for available appointment times.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you have a situation that prevents you from keeping your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
