Refund Policy

At EvenFlow Aesthetics, we are committed to providing high-quality care and exceptional service. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested, and we strive to handle all such matters with transparency and professionalism. We will always make every effort to ensure that your original wellness and/or aesthetic goals are met and, when appropriate, we will work with you to offer alternative treatments to achieve those goals. If a refund remains the desired path forward, please review our refund policy below:

Treatments and Services:
All prepaid, unused treatments and services are eligible for a 50% refund of the original purchase price. The remaining 50% is non-refundable and retained as a service and administrative fee.

If payment was made by credit card, a 3% card processing fee will also be withheld. The refundable 50% (or 47% if paid by credit card) may be returned to the original payment method or applied as a credit toward any future treatment at EvenFlow Aesthetics.

Please note:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Services that have already been rendered are not eligible for a refund.

Medical-Grade Skincare Products
Due to the clinical nature of our medical-grade skincare products and for reasons of safety and hygiene, all product sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on any Invo Aesthetics, MD Solar Sciences, Doctor Rodgers, Green Botanicals, and Plated skincare products once they have been purchased.

This ensures fairness to you and protects the time and resources we’ve dedicated to preparing your personalized care. This refund policy is enforced to all EvenFlow Aesthetics’ patients and purchases, with or without signature.
